If Client cancels, refund is issued per the following schedule based on days between cancellation and event date: more than 60 days — 75% of payments received refunded; 30–60 days — 50% refunded; 14–30 days — 25% refunded; less than 14 days — retainer is forfeited and no further refund is due. In all cases the retainer is non-refundable.

Client may reschedule once without penalty if requested more than 60 days before the event, subject to Studio's availability on the new date. Reschedules requested within 60 days may be accommodated at Studio's discretion and may require a new retainer. Subsequent reschedules forfeit the retainer.

Coverage extending beyond the hours specified in this agreement is billed at $250 per additional hour (prorated in 30-minute increments), invoiced post-event and payable within 14 days.

Studio maintains backup equipment and takes reasonable care to prevent failure. In the unlikely event of total equipment failure or loss of images/footage despite reasonable care, Studio's liability is limited to a full refund of all payments received under this agreement. Studio shall not be liable for consequential or indirect damages.

Deliverables are provided within the turnaround window stated in this agreement. If delivery is delayed beyond the stated turnaround due to Studio's fault, Client is entitled to a 10% refund of the total package price for each additional week of delay, capped at 30%.

The retainer is non-refundable in all circumstances except Studio-initiated cancellation. All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Post-event refunds are available only under the Equipment Failure clause or as specified in the Cancellation schedule.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control including illness, natural disaster, government action, or public health emergency. Both parties agree to work in good faith to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, payments made to Studio shall be refunded less reasonable costs already incurred.

Studio retains full copyright to all images and footage captured under this agreement. Client is granted the usage rights specified in the Usage & Licensing section of this agreement. Client may not sell, license, or commercially exploit the deliverables without a separate written license from Studio.
